Handmade and created based on the infamous Billy the Puppet from the Saw franchise. The head is made from plaster which has been toughened, had hair applied and painted to look like the actual character. The body itself has also been completely handmade and stuffed, and the clothes were added to the dummy.

Heads require a base mask which takes a week to arrive. After the plaster work has finished the heads need another week to set before they are posted out.
